Once your machine is queued, we will text you when it’s time to drop it off at our store. Out-of-warranty repairs incur a $66 inspection fee, payable at drop-off. This fee will deduct from your total repair cost. For in-warranty repairs, bring your proof of purchase or warranty job number when you arrive. We can provide a repair estimate if you prefer, or we can proceed with repairs and servicing up to $250 without prior approval.

The inspection fee covers labor for assessing your machine, and there are no further charges if you choose not to proceed.
